Product walkthroughs

nsso

Shopify, but the product is you: one owned identity surface where profile, proof, projects, products, links, and Deity AI turn self-presentation into self-clarification.

At a glance

Who it serves
People bringing their profile, work and products into one public identity.
What I owned
Independent product design and implementation, including Deity and commerce integrations.
Key decision
Show before/after review cards before AI changes the owner’s profile.
Current state
Live profile and storefront product with an AI coaching surface.
Evidence and gap
Live product and public profile. Adoption, conversion lift and AI quality results are not published here.

Qadam

A paper-only research and trading system that compares data sources, records strategy reasoning, and applies guarded rules before simulated orders.

At a glance

Who it serves
Me and trading collaborators reviewing financial research and paper-only decisions.
What I owned
Research workflow, decision records and guarded paper operations, informed by trader feedback.
Key decision
Separate model reasoning from execution authority; block action when evidence or permissions are missing.
Current state
Operating paper-only research system. No live capital; cockpit access may require approval.
Evidence and gap
Workflow screenshots and decision records. These do not establish a trading edge, validated returns or quantum advantage.

Dreamsea

A voice-first dream journal with multimodal generation and philosophy-specific interpretation.

At a glance

Who it serves
People trying to capture a dream before the details disappear.
What I owned
Product design and implementation with a psychotherapist partner shaping interpretation context.
Key decision
Capture voice first; save generation progress and let the domain expert edit prompts and knowledge.
Current state
Released iPhone app, with on-device persistence and cloud AI generation.
Evidence and gap
Public App Store release and recorded product flow. Retention and interpretation-quality benchmarks are not published here.

24Seven Concierge

A catalog-grounded travel concierge that plans across Shopify inventory and hands off to a human agent.

At a glance

Who it serves
A boutique travel business whose clients preferred conversation to catalogue browsing.
What I owned
The AI concierge enhancement inside the client’s existing app and Shopify catalogue—not the original app.
Key decision
Use catalogue context and structured product handles for visual suggestions; hand booking confirmation to a human.
Current state
AI planning feature in a released client app, ending in a WhatsApp concierge handoff.
Evidence and gap
App Store listing and feature recording. Booking conversion, revenue lift and formal AI-quality results are not published here.

RazinFlix

A streaming-style film library built from trusted human taste, enriched by metadata scripts, trailers, posters, category logic, and manual curation.

At a glance

Who it serves
Me, family and friends choosing films from recommendations we trust.
What I owned
Curated collection, enrichment workflow and the browsing interface.
Key decision
Keep human curation in charge; use automation and AI-assisted ingestion to maintain the catalogue.
Current state
Live film-discovery library with browsing, trailers and curator tools.
Evidence and gap
Live catalogue and recorded workflow. A working personal library is the result; audience growth is not claimed.

Tools & systems

AI-Native Product Manager OS

A local-first operating system that lets product managers run AI-native workflows through Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or Antigravity.

At a glance

Who it serves
Product managers using AI coding assistants for recurring product work.
What I owned
The operating framework and installable workspace of context, workflows and templates.
Key decision
Make reusable context and review steps part of the workspace, rather than rely on one-off prompts.
Current state
Public, installable local workspace; integrations depend on the user’s connected tools.
Evidence and gap
Repository, setup instructions and workflow materials. Team productivity gains are not independently measured here.

Mass Social Wisdom Agent

A multimodal extraction pipeline that turns social URLs, screenshots, transcripts, captions, and carousel posts into structured knowledge.

At a glance

Who it serves
People turning saved links and screenshots into knowledge they can review and reuse.
What I owned
Source ingestion, extraction, categorisation and document-export workflow.
Key decision
Preserve source attribution and expose model self-scores as review aids, not independent quality measurements.
Current state
Public repository and a quota-limited live portfolio demo.
Evidence and gap
Runnable workflow and document output. Extraction fidelity and self-score calibration still need labelled evaluation.

AI Costs Dashboard

A standalone Python library for metering LLM usage, tracking spend and budget alerts, and routing with cached eval scores plus explicit fallback rules.

At a glance

Who it serves
Builders who need to inspect model usage and cost before choosing where to optimise.
What I owned
Standalone metering, cached-eval routing and dashboard library.
Key decision
Make cost, task quality and fallback behaviour inspectable together.
Current state
Public library and seeded demo; illustrative product usage is not live telemetry from my apps.
Evidence and gap
Repository, tests and demo. Real product savings, production latency and cross-app deployment are not established here.

RAG Pipeline

A zero-dependency Python RAG layer for ingesting, chunking, embedding, storing, retrieving, and packing cited context across product namespaces.

At a glance

Who it serves
AI-product builders needing attributable context from separate source collections.
What I owned
Standalone ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval and context-packing package.
Key decision
Scope retrieval by namespace and carry source tags into the packed context.
Current state
Public package with an offline demo and provider/store adapters. Reranking remains planned.
Evidence and gap
Repository and deterministic tests. Semantic retrieval quality and private-app deployment are not established here.

Architecture & method

The projects use different implementation stacks; the five-layer framework helps compare their choices.

My product method · AI-Native Product OS

Understand the system. Give it a useful job. Keep learning.

AI can make a first working version cheaper to build. It also creates outputs that need to be checked. I use five areas of responsibility and a repeatable development loop to connect the work to a customer problem, clear decision rights and evidence of what happened.

The Stack · what to take responsibility for

Model
What can it do?
Context
What should it know?
Orchestration
What can it act on?
Governance
What must hold?
Human
Who is accountable?

The Loop · how to develop it

  1. Talk
  2. Decide
  3. Build
  4. Observe
  5. Iterate

Governance and human responsibility apply throughout. The checks and release gates depend on the consequences of getting the task wrong.

The framework is this way of thinking. The workspace is the installable GitHub toolkit. The courses teach it on Udemy and Coursera.
